Marlo Plastic Products has transferred the manufacturing of promotional products EXCLUDING DIPLOMA HOLDERS, LANYARDS, and BADGES to Royal Industries. All promotions orders received July 25, 2018 and later will be processed by Royal Industries.

You can also Fax orders to 732-792-1996 PRODUCTION TIME – Marlo Lightning products ship within 24 Hours. Expedited Colors ship in 5 -7 days after proof approval. Custom products require standard 2 weeks production after proof approval. ARTWORK – Our preferred acceptable artwork is Vector art in Adobe Illustrator. PDF and EPS files are acceptable. Convert all fonts to paths, outlines or curves to avoid font changes. PROOFS – The first virtual proof (if requested)is Free. Additional proofs are billed at $15.00(R). Typesetting (if necessary) is $15.00(R). Graphic design (if necessary)is $35.00(R). Proof approval must be in writing. Please check all proofs carefully as no credit will be granted for errors on proofs that have been approved. IMPRINT METHODS: HOT STAMPING – There is a One-Time die charge of $50.00 (V) per print. For areas larger than 8” square, the die charge is $60.00 (V). NO DIE CHARGE ON EXACT REPEAT ORDERS. Maximum imprint area is 24” square. Second location imprints are available for an additional $0.25 (R). Custom names are available on some products for $2.50 (R) per name. Standard text (Arial Font) setup at no charge. Halftones are not acceptable for Hot Stamping. Cannot exceed 4” x 6” footprint. SCREEN PRINTING / MULTI-COLOR PRINTING – If you require multiple color imprint, halftones, PMS matching, etc., our in-house screen printing department can provide this service. Please call for per unit pricing. SCREEN PRINTING CHARGES: Screen charge – $60.00 (V) per color. PMS color match – $25.00 (V). Wash Up charge – $35.00 (V) Please call for per unit running charge pricing. DEBOSS – When possible, add $0.49 (V) each. STAMP SEAL – Deboss + Hot Stamping)when possible, add $0.90(V) each. OVERS / UNDERS – All custom orders are subject to an over / under run of up to 5% maximum. If exact quantity is required, Marlo reserves the right to add a 5% surcharge to the entire order. SHIPPING – UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We also ship via FedEx upon request. Full container, LTL shipments available. Shipments outside the USA are subject to additional handling, duties & tax Charges. Third party shipping is available at no extra charge. All shipments are FOB factory. If drop shipments are required, the first 3 addresses are free; each additional address incurs a $5.00 net shipment fee. TERMS – Our credit terms are net 30 days upon credit approval. First time customers should pay with a Credit Card to expedite the order process. We accept all major cards Warranty – Marlo warranties all items against defective materials and/or workmanship for 6 months after shipment date. RETURN GOODS POLICY – All returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods with a Marlo Return Authorization number prior to shipping goods approved by Marlo. Unless specified on RA, freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please inspect the order as soon as it is received. CANCELLATIONS – There is no cancellation charge on orders prior to commencing production. Once orders are in production or complete, customers are 100% responsible for the cost of the order. Stock un-imprinted orders will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus all freight charges. TRADEMARKS / COPYRIGHTS – Customer is fully responsible for any claims and/or litigation arising from the production of customer supplied artwork on Marlo items.
